The ingredients needed to make Green Pavbhaji:

  1. Get 2 of Potatoes- medium sized boiled and mashed.
  2. Provide 2 of onions – finely chopped.
  3. Use 250 grams of Spinach-boil.
  4. You need 1 cup of Cabbage-finely chopped.
  5. You need 1 cup of Capsicum- finely chopped.
  6. Take 3 of Green tomatoes- medium sized finely chopped.
  7. Get 1 cup of Green onions- finely chopped.
  8. Take 1/2 cup of Green peas- boiled.
  9. You need 2 of Ginger – big diced.
  10. You need 8-10 cloves of Garlic.
  11. Provide 4-5 of Green chillies.
  12. Use 50 grms of Coriander.
  13. You need 2 tbsp of Pavbhaji masala.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  15. Take 2 tbsp of Oil.
  16. Use 2 tbsp of Butter.
  17. Provide to taste of Salt.

Instructions to make Green Pavbhaji:

  1. Firstly take a mixture jar and put the boil spinach, coriander, ginger and green chillies and little water then churn it and make it into a smooth puree. – Then take a pan on gas stove, switch on the flame and heat the pan and add oil, butter in it. – Now add chopped onions and garlic paste then fry it for atleast 3 minutes until the onions are getting translution. – Then add cabbage, capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes. – Then add green tomatoes and cook it for 1min and add green onion.
  2. After cooked all veggies then add spinach puree in it, and mix it well. – Now add boiled and mashed potatoes and green peas, pavbhaji masala, garam masala and add 1 cup of water in it and cook it to bring a one boil..
  3. After one boil mashed all together with the help of masher. – when it comes in smooth texture add butter and cook it for 5 min and then switch off the gas flame. – At last garnish it with green onions and coriander leaves and serve hot with butter roasted bred(pav).
